  1. Assuming one doesn’t want to hire a management team, I’d say #1 should be “Carefully screen your applicants – use the internet.” I recently found an applicant on Myspace who had a profile pic featuring lots of booze and captioned “Gettin it krunk b4 getting my club on.”
